A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of public moneys out
of the treasury from the balance of available moneys
remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-
four, to the department of commerce, labor and environmental
resources, division of natural resources--whitewater study
and improvement fund, "Former" account no. 8307, "WVFIMS"
account no., fund no. 3253, fiscal year 1994, organization
no. 0310, supplementing and amending chapter one, acts of
the Legislature, first extraordinary session, one thousand
nine hundred ninety-three, known as the budget bill.
Whereas, The governor has established the availability of
public moneys, receivable for new programs and available for
expenditure in fiscal year 1993-1994, a portion of which is
hereby appropriated by the terms of this supplementary
appropriation bill; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That chapter one, acts of the Legislature, first
extraordinary session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-three,
known as the budget bill, be supplemented and amended by adding
to title two, section three thereof, as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement the budget act for the fiscal year 1993-1994 by
providing for a new account to be established therein to
appropriate other moneys received for expenditure in the fiscal
year 1993-1994. These moneys shall be available for expenditure
upon passage of this bill.
